To apply to the Medical University of Białystok's medicine program, you must submit a

• completed online application form.
• original school leaving certificate/high school diploma that includes at least two out of 4 subjects:
  • Biology
  • Chemistry
  • Mathematics
  • Physics
  The diploma must bear an Apostille or legalization stamp, depending on the country of issuance.
• Eligibility Declaration if it's not included in the school leaving certificate, confirming eligibility for higher education in the country of certificate issuance.

To schedule the Medical University of Białystok medicine entrance test, you need to submit the required documents and pay a 500 Euro enrollment fee. The test is an interview carried out electronically, assessing your knowledge of
