Application Process at MU Warsaw in Poland
To gain admission to the Medical University of Warsaw's Medical Programs, follow these 4 steps:
- Apply online, ensuring you meet the high school diploma or secondary education diploma criteria with requisite grades in and either
- Physics
- Astronomy, or
- Mathematics
- Pay the necessary application fee.
- Obtain qualification either by taking the Competency Test or by submitting scores from recognized exams such as BMAT/MCAT/GAMSAT/UKCAT.
- Once qualified, pay the confirmation fee and finalize your admission file with all required documents via the Online Recruitment System (ORS). The Medical University of Warsaw application and admission process is thorough, catering to both local and international candidates, ensuring a diverse and competent pool of future medical professionals.

To apply to the Medical University of Warsaw, candidates need to submit the following key documents after qualification:
- Personal questionnaire and various official statements provided by the University.
- Secondary School-Leaving Certificate (High School Diploma) that qualifies for higher education in its country of issue, either original or notarized. (IB/EB Diploma holders have exemptions regarding apostille requirements).
- Transcripts detailing attended education programs (if grades aren't on the certificate).
- Proof of English proficiency, which can be citizenship from an English-speaking country, an IB or EB Diploma, completion of education in English, recognized language certificates (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL), or satisfactory scores on specific national exams.
- A health certificate from a doctor confirming fitness for medical studies.
- Vaccination Certificate.
- A recent passport photo.
