Our curriculum is meticulously crafted, ensuring you're well-equipped for the dynamic job market. Almost all our modules offer opportunities for internships, work experience, and international exchange. The Master of Pharmacy program will offer insights into drug development, their impact on the human body, and their therapeutic applications. As you delve deeper into topics like the chemical, physical, and pharmacological properties of medicines, you'll understand their integral role in pharmacy practices. The program places emphasis on hands-on experiences, especially in the fourth and fifth years, covering diverse clinical settings including community pharmacies. Moreover, with the Erasmus Programme, you're presented with opportunities for student exchanges at 30 partner universities across 13 countries. The Pharmacy program spans a comprehensive 5.5 years—five years of structured instruction complemented by a crucial 6-month pre-registration training phase.

Across the entire program, students undergo approximately 5,500 hours of rigorous instruction. The advanced years, specifically the final two, incorporate 400 hours dedicated to specialist elective courses including:

• Hospital Pharmacy and Cosmetology
• Clinical Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Care
• Industrial Pharmacy and Biotechnology
• Pharmaceutical and Environmental Toxicology
• Analytical and Experimental Pharmacy

Academic Timeline: The academic year kicks off at the end of September and culminates on June 30th, segmented into two semesters:

• Winter Semester: End of September to mid-February.
• Spring Semester: Mid-February to end of June.

Examinations are slated for January/February and June, ensuring students are periodically assessed and feedback is given. There's breathing room with one-week breaks between semesters and additional week-long breaks during Christmas and Easter.

Mandatory Summer Training: In accordance with the Polish pharmaceutical curriculum:

• After the third year, students undertake a four-week (120 hours) professional stint at a community pharmacy.
• Post the fourth year, they undergo training in a hospital pharmacy with an optional extension into a research laboratory or industrial setting.
